Summer Challenge?

Anyone interested in a summer challenge? I know a few have posted that they are struggling to knock off those last 5, 10, 15 lbs. so maybe a summer challenge? I was thinking more fitness related vs. food but whatever works. Any suggestions welcome. I'm thinking that we could challenge ourselves to bump up our exercise routines, try a new sport, get back to biking, running, walking, swimming, or whatever it is that makes you feel good. It's been a while since we've had a challenge, like last year's Summer Se7en Challenge. I know I'd like to step it up through the summer and having to be accountable here would be a great help.

I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.

Me too, whatever works. I just want to push myself outside my comfort zone and start seeing some results.

I am thinking along Sheri's lines...

I'd like to have an individual goal. Mine happens to be food related.

Right now, I am looking at eating on plan- no exceptions. And I need to read my Beck cards daily and follow those instruction.

My thoughts on a challenge:

1. If we do a challenge such as Summer Se7en where we can each pick goals we want to work on and not have to all work toward a given goal, I'd be in.

2. I would personally prefer not to do the walk across America thing again--at least not at this time.

We could "walk" from NY to San Francisco (it is 2912 miles).
Not keep track of it city by city like we did before, just milage. and set a standard that 1 mile = a certain # of minutes of exercise.
