Weight 204

According to Fitday.
Calories consumed: 1317 (no afternoon snack)
Calories burned: 2456

Went to Y - walked a total of 2 miles.

(due to weather & TOM, dd did not want to go to Y after she got home from work so I only got to the Y once.)

When I'm in weight loss mode, it helps me to plan ahead for my meals out so I don't get side tracked by something that "looks good" on the menu but would derail my weeks worth of work.

Perhaps coming home from lunch and freaking out your mom wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing ; )

I don't know. Typically I am home all day & most nights (because of dd's homework) but on the weekends we are generally gone all day (both days) and eat lunch (and sometimes dinner also) out because we are not close enough to home to eat here.

However now that I am square dancing we generally eat all of Sunday's meals at home. I doubt that I will get to the Y at all but the square dancing should be a good substitute Wink.

Tomorrow we will probably have breakfast & dinner at home and I will just have to be very careful & mindful of our lunch options or if we are near here we might stop by and have lunch.

It would probablly totally freak out my mother for us to show up in the middle of the day on a Saturday and make her think one of us was sick Wink.

(I was still 204 when I got up this morning.)
