What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

Saturday: Walk (1 hour + 5 or 10 mins.)


Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:
1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

Thursday: A 4.73 mile walk in the park.

The churning black clouds in the distance motivated me to walk faster than usual. Smiler

Didn't make it on to the bike yesterday.

1 hour water aerobics done today.

Wednesday: NYC Ballet Floor Barre (stretches, abs and legs) (20 mins.)

I did, in fact, make it to bellydancing on Monday night.

Plan for tomorrow, 20-25 minutes on the bike.

Tuesday: 1.59 miles lawn mowing.

Sunday walked a ton back and forth from the race in 93 degree weather carrying a cooler, including 6 flights of stairs straight up.

Swam for an hour on Sunday night.

Monday 1 hour water aerobics done.

Monday pm plan... maybe bellydancing. The air conditioning is out at the school and it is supposed to be in the mid 90s here.
