Wednesday's homework
Relaxation.
This exercise is designed to help the body relax.
1. Find a comfortable position. (either sitting or lieing on the floor)
2. Starting from the top or the bottom of the body, tense up each muscle group separately for 4 to 10 seconds, then take 10 to 20 seconds to relax and release that tension.
e.g.
Face -- close eyes tightly and scrunch face then relese
Shoulders --- shrug, hold and relese
Chest ---inhale, hold breath and release
and so on...
