What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

I did get my 2 hours of curling in, plus I played on a team that was short one person which meant that I had to shoot one more rock at each end and sweep by myself 5 times in a row. Quite a workout!

Sadly I had to skip another Thursday water aerobics class to take my SIL to a Dr's Appt.

Thursday: 25 minutes fast walking on the treadmill.

Wednesday 1 hour water aerobics done.
Wednesday pm plan, 2 hours curling.
