It has been a while since I have really posted on here. But, some over all big changes have occured for me.
First, my DH is finally on complete board with me as far as healthy eating and not keeping super processed cereals or snacks around to be tempting. This is HUGE because both of those were always around and I would have to block them out of my mind thinking they were not there.
Second, I am finally seeing how I can get a workout in when I am with my DS who is now 2. This morning I laid out my workout clothes the night before and after bfast and some playing we headed out for our walk. Most of the time I work out when he is down for the night or at his "camp/school", but I do need to make sure that I put my needs and wants first if and when I can fit it in.
I still struggle with wanting to do it all and not having enough time, but honestly my biggest hurdle is just wanting to have a happy and healthy lifestyle. I am taking it day by day and meal by meal.
But, I want you all to know all of you are always in my mind when I am cooking, working out, or thinking about food. we really are in this together---one for all!
