| I have two and a half cups of milk a day. I always have 1.25 cup in cereal and I drink the other 1.25 or put in tea. I measure my milk. We have some pretty big glasses and I could easily pour out and drink 3 cups of milk. Two gallons a week is more than 4.5 cups a day... and is probably a little much. It isn't just the calories from the milk... Lots of healthy foods have 90 calories. You should eat fruit, even though it has calories. Are you eating all your fruits and vegs? Milk can be really filling... and you may be filling up on milk (OMG- I sound like my mom "Don't fill up on milk right before dinner!") and short changing yourself some servings of fruit or other nutricious food and not getting enough variety of foods. It is possible to eat/drink too much of a good thing... And it is good that it is skim milk . My sil drank gallons of whole milk while she was preg and gained about 90 lbs.

| Since you love milk, do you consume it in combination with whole grain cereal, like Cheerios or Shredded Wheat? That's a very healthy way of consuming fat-free/skim milk in moderation. (As for coffee, I have always had mine black.)
Goal: Stop stress snacking.

| One gallon of milk has 16 cups and roughly 1450 calories per gallon. If you drinking two gallons per week, that's a lot of calories!

| My only comment would be to remember that 1 cup of skim has almost 90 calories. If you are drinking multiple cups per day, that adds up. Personally, I have a hard time drinking my calories - I'm more fulfilled eating them : )
