We just got back from a week in Ohio with dh's family. (We were in Strongsville, Bee - not too far from you)

I did fairly well with eating and getting some exercise in the first couple of days and then everything went steadily downhill from there. I really went out of control with eating sweets and huge portions of food.

Tomorrow is a new day and I will start fresh. I'm disappointed in myself, though.

90 day goal: 4 days of cardio, 3 days of strength training each week.

Welcome back!

(And welcome back to Denise too ; ).

Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.

Welcome back LTD.

Before you left, I had written a note on as a response, but I wanted to let you know that I am doing my 2nd 3-day Breast cancer walk this fall. Just a commonality I wanted to share with you. Smiler

Hope your trip went well. Sounds like it did!

Welcome back!

My mom had a saying in her living room... it was worded better, but went basically like:

"No matter how badly you have done in the past, tomorrow is a fresh oppurtunity."
