Since I was out of town last weekend and plan to be out of town for Thanksgiving next weekend, I REALLY need some flytime THIS weekend. If anyone is available to fly either Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning, please let me know.

I have tentative plans to see a movie Sunday (Happy Feet) and have 4 loads of laundry to do before I go so if I do a flychat on Sunday morning, I'd want to do longer flys so the flychat cycles will synch up better with my laundry cycles.

super! I love spending time in nature also!

Goals:
1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire.
2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy.
3. One word 2008: courage
4. Eat slow and mindfully.

It was good...chilly, but good! I walked over 10,000 steps and about 1 1/4 hour. Just got back. Toward the end, I finally got to take my jacket off and walk in my short shirt sleeves, but most of the time the wind was cool and the sun was playing hide & seek (I HATE walking when there's no sunshine).

My mood is always better after a long powerwalk--between the endorphins from the physical exertion and the sunshine which heightens my mood, I usually end up feeling pretty darned good after a walk! That's what I needed because I have been wallowing around the house for two days (home sick from work THursday and working from home on Friday) and I really REALLY needed to get outside and get some air and some much-needed sunshine.

I should be here most of the day. We are going to take the dog out for a walk i think fairly soon and I do need to run one errand. So I am thinking around 1:30ish could work for me.

Tomorrow I should be around at 10:30ish in the morning. I am not sure what time you were thinking of starting.

Just keep me posted.

I'm forcing myself out for a powerwalk in hopes that it will improve my mood some. I will check back later and see if anyone is around. I need to get to the grocery store and maybe BJs today so I may just do my flying in the morning while I'm doing laundry. We'll see.

I could use one on Sunday morning...I work Saturday, until the work is done, which means I never know if I'll be home at 10am or 4pm. We have a good chunk of cleaning & such to do before Monday surgery & Thursday arrival of my parental units, so...yeah. If you decide on Sunday, let me know.
(One of my "assignments" from my therapist was to do at least one fun, frivolous thing, so I think we're going to a movie and then just "out" on Saturday afternoon.)
