I did not eat candy today, chocolate or otherwise!
It's not that I am a total candy hog. But lately I have been eating far more than I should. I vowed to not eat chocolate candy today. I also avoided the chocolate milk and the chocolate soda that I had left myself as an out. This sounds totally weird since I am really not a chocoholic. I much prefer the sour candy to chocolate.
I also managed to cook and be done with dinner by 7pm. Dishes were done by 7:30. This is the earliest I have eaten in probably a year. It's not likely to happen again any time soon, since I was on my own this evening. But it's nice to know what it's like.
Goals: 1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire. 2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy. 3. One word 2008: courage 4. Eat slow and mindfully.
