I thought, since people weigh in on different days, maybe we should stop calling this the Wednesday Weigh-In thread.
I weighed in last night at Weight Watchers. My goal for the week was to lose the 3 pounds that I had gained the week before. I lost 2.2 of them. I am hoping to lose that pesky 0.8 and maybe one more this week.
I am less than ten pounds from my WW goal and really happy about that, especially because I get to stop paying for meetings when I get within 2 (because I am a lapsed Lifetimer, I don't have to wait the 6 weeks of maintenance).
I am starting to really see my old body coming back. This time around, I need to learn to do maintenance the right way.

Yeah for all of us that keep working at gaining a better number on the scale. Win, lose or stay the same, we are eating healthy (hopefully) and developing better habits for ourselves.
I weigh in at noon today. I've worked hard at keeping on my program. I've downed all the water I possibly can, and I've exercised on a daily basis. Will the scale ruin my day? Not if I don't allow it to happen. I know I've made good choices, healthy choices. The scale is 'just' a number....
And the scale was good today, -5.6! I am stunned. But I should have known when my sweats were falling off at the scale.

This is a celebration for me. I was around this weight before Thanksgiving and then it took me from Thanksgiving to mid-December to get back down to it. Then I went back up again around Christmas and it's taken me until now to get back down to it again.
A lot of the Christmas weight was water because I ate out a really unusual amount of times between Christmas and New Year's.
Now to keep moving in the right direction!
Rest of Summer Goals: 1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week. 2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week. 3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were! 4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.
