I got rusty just over the winter -- this was my first time out since last fall. I wear my helmet and stick to low-traffic roads. I love to go fast -- I got the bike up to 22 mph yesterday for a little while when the wind was at my back.

You are so brave! My sons got me a bike from the bike store last summer, and I couldn't get on the thing. I was scared to death of falling off...so it's sat in the garage since then. My youngest is a bike refurbisher and he had a bike come into the shop that has three wheels and a basket, I took it....now as soon as he can get it fixed up, I'll be riding...no driving.
Summer Challenge Goals:
1. Get out of the house and in the pool four days a week. 2. Schedule meals a week at a time. 3. five fruits and vegetables a day, along with water.
