I had the test done again today.

In June of last year I weighed 198lbs with a body fat of 43.5% (lean lbs 111.75 & fat lbs 86.25)

Today I weighed 188lbs with a body fat of 37.3% (lean lbs 117.8 & fat lbs 70.2).

That is a loss of 16 lbs of body fat and a gain of 6 lbs of lean muscle.

My body fat % of 37.3 is still in the "poor" range, but just barely Big Grin. The "fair" range starts at 35.5. That is just a difference of 1.8 and I have lost 2.5 since January of this year so I should be in the "fair" range the next time it is checked.

judy, you should be super proud of yourself!

i watched the Biggest Loser on FLN yesterday. I also watch Queer Eye for Straight Guy. two very entertaining shows. I really like t hat I watch during hours that work for me. i never stay up for 9 and 10pm shows, so the fact I can watch at 5 and 6 pm is awesome!

Goals:
1. Enjoy life!
2. Be aware, be awake, pay attention.
3. One word 2010: faith

I thought this was a good place to put this instead of starting a new thread.

Style network is re-running the very first Biggest Loser. I never saw that one. In fact, I never watched any of them until the one after the first female winner but I have been watching the re-runs of all of them on FLN.
The thing that struck me right away was that on the very first season they did a hydrostatic body fat test on all the contestants the very first day. It looked exactly like the one I have done at they Y except that mine is set up in a large truck, not in a building.

Well...if the person, on THEIR Twitter page, has the message functionality turned on, you can message them privately. All the celeb types have theirs turned off.

As for sending a tweet...you can send a tweet that will go out to everyone you are following and you could say like "Hey Sheri, have you tried the new Healthy Choice entrees yet?" I can't say that I see people doing that, but I've only been on there a week.

Mostly what I do is the main kind of tweet, which is in answer to the question "What are you doing?" and the reply or return tweet which is in response to something someone else tweeted.

Whoot! Way to go Judy!

Jill

I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.
