Down 2 lbs. which amazes me since I ate out for every meal when I was in Indiana. (Well, I did have dinner at a friends house one night, and a sandwich for lunch one day...)

ICK ! It's Wednesday and my WW buddy just called she wants to put weighing in off until tomorrow. She might loose 10 lbs today! No yucks for me, I have to weigh in today, and accompany her tomorrow. I promised myself I would weigh in no matter what, and a day would make a difference to me in confidence and commitment. So although I can't give you numbers now, I can give you the fact that commitment to a promise to yourself is even more important than one to another.
Well one down, and a switch to the Core Program just to shake things up a bit.

200 even. But at my appt. with my trainer on Monday I had lost 1.4% of my total body fat in the last month. So that makes any # starting in a 2 more bearable.
Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.
I'm up about a pound from last Wednesday (163.6-8 today) but was 162.8-163.0 yesterday. That would usually be attributed to water retention but I can't think what I ate yesterday that would have caused it, whereas normally I can point directly to a source of sodium (unfortunately, I do love my salty foods).
Rest of Summer Goals: 1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week. 2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week. 3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were! 4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.
