I am at 206.6 this morning.


1. do 4 laps on walking track without "resting"
2. do 1 mile (17laps) in 20 minutes (3miles per hour)

193.0 yesterday, 193.5 today. But I've managed to NOT emotionally eat over two really crappy days ofschool, stress, and some other crap, although I really need to get more exercise in.


Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.

2. Avoid sugar
3. Positive thinking

I'm the same, still slightly up.

I need to get myself back in "loss mode" and give up the couple of drinks and desserts on the weekends.

I know it will come off if I do that but I've been kind of hoping it wouldn't come to that ; )
