193.0 yesterday, 193.5 today. But I've managed to NOT emotionally eat over two really crappy days ofschool, stress, and some other crap, although I really need to get more exercise in.
Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.

I'm down, but still up. Not a whole lot to say about that. 
1. Moderate exercise and PT exercises 2. Avoid sugar 3. Positive thinking ****************** “The older you get, the tougher it is to lose weight because by then, your body and your fat are really good friends.”

I'm the same, still slightly up. I need to get myself back in "loss mode" and give up the couple of drinks and desserts on the weekends. I know it will come off if I do that but I've been kind of hoping it wouldn't come to that ; )
