Hi all - quick update (just in case anyone wants to know) ---! I am moved into the new house and am with out internet connection.... so I can't post. Things are moving along, job is good and have even managed to lose a little poundage !! ( wonder why that would be ????) Divorce is scheduled for this Friday and now my soon to be ex (imagine me crossing my fingers at this point) is thinking that he is going to contest it !!! I don't think so !!! Ok -- hope everyone else is good and I will check in periodically.
By the way ---thanks to everyone for your support through all this
Oh Tina! {{{hugs}}} I'm so sorry to hear this. Damn. It seemed like things were going so well and I was really excited for you to be able to move on with your life.
Well, I guess the best you can do is try to find the silver lining...I know, not an easy thing to do...but I think it will mentally and emotionally help you get through it better.

Divorce hearing was called off.... he wouldn't settle (after all the ch-ching and time off work to negotiate @#$##@@%^&&!!) He had made a mention of "wanting to work it out" and if he wanted - this hearing could be thrown out. Well ---- he did it. So ~ what this all means. = no divorce until sometime in October or even later. = no closing on my house until divorced = not sure if that is going to happen (even AFTER moving in.) So basically as of right now..... I am trying to keep it together !! Can't fix it until later so I will ONCE AGAIN - take things one thing at a time.

I can't wait to have my computer back so I can keep in touch on a daily basis --- especially seeing how you ALL help me to keep my feet on the ground.
Congratulations on getting settled in. Glad to hear that you are liking your job and that you are managing to lose weight during such a stressful time!
