I haven't been around here much in the last month or two, mainly because my life has been getting too busy for me to play on the internet. But with a busier life comes more stress...and more me. I had gotten my weight down to my goal (145), but it's creeping back up now that the weather is too cold for my daily outdoor walk. Ugh. And so I return here for the best inspiration the world has to offer.
How's everyone been?

I go to the gym, but it's not half as much fun, or half as healthful for the spirit, as walking out doors!

Well, I learned the hard way that when two people ask you to help them reach a divorce settlement, say NO! I said yes, and my helping lasted about one week before I forced my mother in law to hire an attorney. They are now gleefully battling each other with vigor, and I am happily on the sidelines. We have a decent relationship with both of them now, though they can't stand each other.

Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08: 1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week. 2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings. 3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.
