Weight 202

According to Fitday.
Calories consumed:1191
Calories burned: 2395

Since I had no square dance class today, I went to the Y and walked 3 miles. I wanted to do 4 but just couldn't. This is the first time I have done 3 miles all at one time. Usually I go and do 2 miles in the am and then go back in the late afternoon and do 1 or 2 more miles.

The calories consumed sound low but all the numbers (except the banana & tilapia) were taken from the package.

Breakfast-1 large banana, 1 Strawberry DanActive Light, 1 tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter.(this is my standard breakfast)

Lunch - a sandwich - 2oz Boars Head Turkey (Mesquite Smoked), 2 slices Soft Honey Wheat Bread, 2 tablespoons Kraft Light Mayo.(this is what I usually have every day)

Snack after walking 1pkg Nabisco Mini-Newtons - fig.(my usual snack- some days I will have 2)

Dinner - 1 tilapia filet (8oz more or less-don't know for sure) pan seared with a little oil (1 tablespoon or less used to cook 2 filets, not sure because dd did the cooking), approx. 1 cup Steamfresh Brocolli Cuts.

I'm still catching up with things after being away for a week, but that phrase struck me.

Have you considered switching things up? If you're eating (basically) the same thing for breakfast and lunch and a snack every day, would changing that up be a benefit?

I'm wondering if something like adding a piece of fruit or a side of vegetables to lunch could add a little more fiber/water (so you feel fuller) to your norm.

I know you have some issues with what does and doesn't work with your digestive system, but I figured I'd throw that out there. How many calories are in a package of Fig Newtons, and is there a nutrition bar that's got a similar calorie count?

Dunno. Just a thought. Good work keeping up with this, and applying yourself!

Challenge Goals:
*10 minutes of unplanned exercise five times a week
*Gym time twice a week
*Socialize at least once every two weeks.
