...shows how incredibly EASY it is to change someone's body in a picture...
Interesting. I wonder if all of these tools are available in the current version of (much less expensive) Photoshop Elements.
I doubt that very much, Sheltie, though Elements does have it's own strengths. I have bought it but just haven't installed it yet. It sort of got caught up in the home renovations (i.e., it got packed and stored soon after I bought it and I haven't seen it since LOL).

I was just watching a music video on YouTube that a Facebook friend recommended and when it was over, the following video was there as an option for what to watch next. It fits in very well, I think, with this discussion, and shows how incredibly EASY it is to change someone's body in a picture. I always knew that Photoshop was a powerful tool, but I didn't know just how powerful or easy these changes were to make until I watched this video.
Listen to the narration at the end where the instructor tells students to "go out on the Internet and find some pictures of fat people" or just use pictures of their parents. Sigh.

I just don't get this facinating for emaciated women.
Brie-I read the same article and could not believe what I was reading. She looks amazing.
I personally cannot stand to watch shows/movies with actresses when I can see their bones-like Rachel Zoe.
I hope this obsession with the super-thin ends soon!

Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.
I've seen those pictures before. The issue of ridiculously UNrealistic airbrushing has long been a pet peeve of mine. I am of the opinion that we have such an obsession with thinness and body perfection in this country (and have so much trouble with anorexia, etc.) in part because of this longstanding habit of putting out magazines featuring bodies that are humanly unattainable. It's sick, especially when you're dealing with people (whether models or celebs) who are already STUNNING to begin with.

It was during 1980 that the taylormade r9 supertri driver started gaining popularity. As more and more people were attracted towards golf clubs, this aspect led to improvements of taylormade r9 driver construction and design. The basic improvements were made in the following aspects. Making the ball to go straighter and making the golf club to compensate for swing error. This is known as forgiveness in golf terminology. Enable the golf ball to move further and property of hard hitting of the golf club. This is termed as distance.

Wow. What a shame that our society is so obsessed with being skinny to the point that young women are opting for plastic surgery. The focus should be on being HEALTHY, not SKINNY.
