Bump up the cardio! Squeeze in an extra workout or two. You heard me Smiler Who needs to feel guilty for all the extra scrumptious holiday bites. A nibble, a spoonful, a sliver and the calories add up! Plus, for me, I have to F-I-G-H-T the urge to resist letting one "bad" food meal turn into a day of bad food, a few days of bad food yada yada yada you get the BIG (no pun intended) picture!

A brisk walk, a half hour of raking leaves, 15 extra minutes on the eliptical and or the bonus portion of your exercise DVDs will keep you on the weight loss fast track throughout the holiday season.

Extra credit: Post your Thanksgiving week exercise schedule here and log in EVERY night with your progress and readjusted goals (should you miss a workout - say if you're giving birth to twins).

Monday - AM and PM mini cardio blast, full weight workout

Tuesday - AM/PM cardio 40 minute sessions

Wednesday - AM and PM mini cardio blast, full weight workout

Thursday - AM/PM cardio 40 minute sessions, afternoon walk with family

Friday - AM/PM cardio 40 minute sessions - 10 minutes extra per session if I eat like a horse on T-day

Saturday - AM and PM mini cardio blast, full weight workout

It's an exercise heavy week in anticipation of dips, pies, stuffing, wine blah blah blah yum yum yum!

Tag, you're it!

We climbed part way up Mission Peak.

It is a 5 hour hike to the top and back... and we just went for 1.5 hours.

It is steep... 2000+ feet in 3.5 miles

Here is photos posted by somebody I don't know.

Looks great Denise! Making me want to hike this weekend...hmmm..wonder if I could find any takers for Sunday. Might have to try...

Good job on the extra training! I myself was a giant lump in my easy chair last night so good for you!
