Well, Saturday and Sunday were less than clean. If the devil is in the details... some of the details are a m&m McFlurry, a McD sundae, 2 dinners out with dh, and a smoothie/dessert party.
Even worse I feel like I could eat 4 doughnuts for breakfast and the rest of the day would be downhill from there.
I need to talk to dh and let him know that I'm "back on the wagon" and when he gets McD's sundaes, etc. - I don't need one.
I need to have a really clean day so at the end of the day I feel good about that!
B - cereal, skim milk l - sandwich, fruit snack - large salad dinner - pasta, pesto

banana, piece of cheese, 2 slices pita bread with marinated fava beans, soy vanilla milkshare, soy cheese enchiladas
I knew I was eating heavy dinners, so I saved calories during the day. Hopefully that helped, but my stomach is making me aware that it prefers clean eating.

I doubt that my frozen pizza and cheetos have a part in clean eating. Today, however, I am doing well- just had lunch and feel satisfied. I am making a roasted veggie and pasta salad for dinner. I walked 3.5 miles this morning and promised Sophia that I'd walk while she rides her bike for another 1-2 miles. I get to keep a fast pace when she's on her bike.
Denise, I think that talking with dh will help- I have totally taken over all food in the house and find that I have more control over what I eat/don't eat. The down side to full control is full responsibility.
