Blah. I had forgotten I need to run some errands last night, so no gym. Then I have an xmas party tonight and tomorrow night. *sigh* It's gonna be one of those weeks.

BTW Sheri, I did that tae-bo workout once. How was it on your knees? I found it kind of hard on mine. And for a sort of choreographed thing, not too too hard to follow.

Last week was my best exercise week in the past several weeks in terms of number of days exercised. This week is already starting out weak because I took off Sunday as an off day from the week before (my exercise planner in the Thin for Life Daybook runs from Monday to Sunday) and then ended up missing exercise yesterday (Monday) because I had so much to do to finish up Christmas shopping, etc. OTOH, doing a few hours of Christmas shopping, errands, grocery shopping, cooking for lunches and then almost 3 hours of FLYChatting all on one day almost counts as exercise itself! hehe

This morning, I did a new DVD I bought yesterday while Xmas shopping...Billy Blanks Tae-Bo Cardio...for 45 minutes.

Sunday: Walked (3 mi round trip) to farmers market. Somebody left a baby umbrella stroller out on a free pile, so I snagged it. Smiler My arms didn't get a work out carrying fruit/veg back home... but I was able to buy way more and put them in the stoller.

Monday:
23 push ups
3 min. crunches
3 min. of wall sitting
3 min of bridges

I'm getting back into the ab crunches this week. I finally replaced my workout ball, which was popped Halloween by the kids. Since losing my old one, which I used for the crunches, I had fallen out of the habit. But I started again yesterday.

Fall goals:
1. Bike 40-50 miles a week
2. Prepare new garden bed for next season
3. Heal my back

Sunday I played two soccer games. It wasn't *overly* aerobic though, as I played goalie for the whole first game and for the first half of the second game. I got some running in during the second half of the second game though.

Tonight is a gym night. Probably an easy going one though. I'm pretty sore from all the diving and jumping, and have a fair share of grass rash.
