What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

Well I am going to walk on both my breaks at work this week so that is an extra 30 minutes daily. Also I am going to get to the gym 4 days this week. I did a 5 mile bike ride with the kids today in the high winds so I think today I am set.

Saturday: 15 minute treadmill warmup, 9 dumbbell exercises, stomach vacuums, crunches, and supermen.

Thursday 1 hour water aerobics done.
Skipped yoga yesterday Frowner
Friday plan, 1 hour water aerobics.

Wednesday--45 min. Yoga and 20 min. walk outside

5 servings fruits and veggies
Get to 6 am by the end of the week
Exercise 5 days

Monday-2 20 min. walks outside w/ Rory
Tuesday-Hike/Walk with Rory and dh
Wednesday-Yoga class
Thursday-Aqua Chi class
Friday-Pilates class
Saturday-day off
Sunday-5K!

Monday completed Smiler perfect weather for it too.

Monday 1 hour water aerobics done.
Monday pm plan 1 hour belly dancing class. Done!
Tuesday plan 1 hour water aerobics.

Goal is 5 days of exercising. I post 7 and whichever days it doesn't work out I still get my 5 days.
M - 45 min swimming
T- 45 min weights, 15 min yoga
W. 30 min kickboxing
Th 35 min walk or dance
Fr 30 min upper body
Sat 30 min lower body/abs, 30 min dance
Sund 30 min yoga

I am going to hold myself to 3 days to the YMCA> I always shoot for more and fail. Because of something. SO This is safe for me this weeka and then we will go from there.
