Have you seen her latest Jenny C commercial? I am not a big supporter of Valerie or Jenny, but her words at the end really struck me as being important for anyone who is loosing weight....she says something like, "the most important thing is that this year on New Year's I won't have to make the resolution to lose weight"....hey, can the rest of us say that and know that we are already doing it? Whether we have 100, 60, 30, 20, 10, even l pound to lose to goal, we don't have to make that resolution either cause we are doing it! Thanks Valerie, and girl you are looking good!

I think she more than Kristi Allie is like American women...not too thin, not too heavy, just a normal person. Who knows I don't live next door, but I can like and appreciate her struggles with weight a lot more, and she probably has the same trainers and cooks in her house...more believable maybe.

i always wanted to be valerie when i was a little girl and watched her on TV.
Goals: 1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire. 2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy. 3. One word 2008: courage 4. Eat slow and mindfully.
