B: Autumn harvest, banana, milk, tea
S: None
L: Something went wrong with lunch plans and never heard from her. I had egg salad and tomato in ww mini pitas (3), a serving of lays potato chips

Sunday actuals
B: Autumn harvest, banana, milk, tea, cranraspberry juice
S: None
L: Ah, geez...didn't choose too well. We went to the greek booth and I thought I was doing something smart with the small sampler but it was really only small in the amount of salad he put on it. It was rice, lamb, chicken, a little salad on one of those little dessert sized paper plates but it was indulgent and not even all that yummy for what I'm sure it cost me in calories. Frowner
S: Pinapple Ginger Agua Fresca
D: Turkey burger, baked beans, celery and lentil pate leftovers
S: Cherries, 1 1/2 small brownies and a few maple pecans

Monday plan:
B: Autumn harvest, banana, milk, tea
S: Probably none
L: Going out w/job coach...not sure where
S: Cherries and yogurt
D: Dad is coming for dinner. Need to figure out what I'm fixing. Something on the grill I think but haven't menu planned yet to figure it out.

Ok, back to actually having a plan such as it is. The weekend is good but higher calorie but I knew that going in.
B: Autumn harvest, banana, milk, tea, cranraspberry juice
S: Bar at arts festival
L: Not sure, going to the arts festival so might end up eating out there. I can't remember what we've done other years. There is a bagel shop in that area so maybe a turkey bagel sandwich or something.
S: Depends on lunch. Probably none if we had a late lunch which seems likely. I have yogurt here at the house if I get home but no berries or anything for it.
D: Not sure if I'll go see my dad and if so, we'll probably eat out. Otherwise, I have leftover turkey burger from last night and a ton of salad fixins and some roasted broccoli from Friday so I'll go that route if I'm home.

I need to get menu planning done tonight or first thing tomorrow and get to the store for non-weekend party food. I have lunch out tomorrow but other than that should be able to reign it in pretty easily this week. It's going to be hot though so I need to think ahead for that.

Wednesday actuals:
B: Autumn harvest, 1/2 banana, milk, chai
S: No
L: Smart ones meal, lots of asparagus, tea
S: Blueberries and yogurt
D: Salmon burger on bun w/little light mayo, sweet potato fries
Exercise: 30 min walk

Thursday plan:
B: Bagel bar w/almond butter, cranraspberry juice, tea
S: Not planning one
L: Going to Indian buffet. Going to eat what I want that fits on one plate with the exception of a lettuce salad I usually skip (assuming this place has one) and a small bowl of dal that I will start with. I've been craving Indian so this will kill 2 birds with one stone and I'll be networking/chatting so that usually slows me down. Hot tea to drink and that should do it.
S: Will be out running around and I hope to stay busy enough I don't want one. Will put a bar in my bag just in case so I stay outta Starbucks.
D: If I get home, I'll go for the lentils I skipped tonight.
Exercise: 30 min in the morning

Sunday actuals
B: Bagel bar with a bit of butter, cranraspberry juice, milk, tea
S: None
L: Scrambled egg with hashbrowns, spinach, red pepper, onion, big bowl of salad greens w/grape tomatoes
Remainder:
S: None
D: small bowl of the leftover Thai Basil Chicken from last night.
S: Cheese and crackers, some veggies with dip, water
Exercise: Nope

Monday plan:
B: Bagel bar w/almond butter, milk, cranraspberry juice, tea
S: Yogurt w/blueberries
L: Lentil salad on greens, blueberry muffin
S: Cucumbers and hummus
D: Taking dinner to my friend recovering from surgery. Taking pasta casserole, green salad and bread. Will keep the pasta to a small serving.

I want to start looking at the week ahead for pitfalls on Sunday nights:
1. Networking lunch on Thursday at an Indian restaurant buffet. I will stick to one plate of food, no rice pudding, will consider skipping the samosas.
2. Friday night picnic at the concert in the park: Find some healthy options to take including something besides tea or water to drink. Ideas anyone?
3. 4th of July: Think I'm going to host a bit of a bbq depending on if anyone wants to join me. I should have control over the food though so that is always safer. Will make either chicken or very lean beef for my protein even though I have a pkg of brats in the freezer calling my name. Smiler

I planned the rest of the meals through Thursday night this afternoon and did most of the shopping. Need to stop at the store and get a couple other items but will do that when I get bread for dinner tomorrow night.

5/5 day
31/35 week
I need to buy myself a iTunes card but was waiting for the gas promotion cycle to reset at Safeway. Will get it this week. That completes my 4 weeks of this plan. I need to change things a bit so I need to decide. I'm going to keep the accountability, exercise and me time points but I want to swap out the water and good/better/best choice points for something else. Probably fruit/veggie servings and I'm not sure what else. I also want to work on improving the quality of the down time. I'll ponder that tomorrow and maybe reset my week to start on Mondays.

Sunday plan:

L: Need to grab something while out and about. I'm not sure what I'll do...drawing a blank.
S/D: Going w/friends to their Father's Day celebration. No control over the food but will do good/better/best choices. Will probably take a bottle of wine so will limit to no more than 2 glasses.
Exercise: 45 min walk or bike ride in the morning before church, guess we're swimming tomorrow afternoon too

[quote]Tuesday plan:
B: Autumn harvest, last of the blueberries, milk, chai
L: Tuna on ww w/spinach, avocado, salad w/carrots, red pepper, 1/2 serving of sunchips
S: Yogurt w/bananas
D: Leftover grilled chicken, green beans, Kashi pilaf
Going to have a couple of ginger cookies in a bit
Exercise: Off day
Me time: went up and read and snoozed a bit when I got home. Good strategy. I was totally wanting to skip my dinner plans and find something out and about. I felt better afterward and came down and made what I had planned
Good/Better/Best: HUGE 4 layer chocolate cake lived a few steps from my chair all day today. I was very successful ignoring it and didn't even have to promise myself a piece tomorrow. It'll be there again tomorrow though so hopefully my day isn't quite as stressful as today. I also didn't give in when my friend wanted to eat out. We compromised by getting her takeout and I ate my packed lunch and we took it all to the park. Really wanted to go eat out for dinner because I was cranky.
Water: I actually think I'm in the hole here. Will get the remaining 1 1/2 glasses before bed.

4/5 day
14/15 week

Wednesday plan:
B: Almond butter and banana sandwich on ww, chai on my commute
S: I will take a bar, I have a BORING meeting across that time of the day and lunch will probably be late. Hopefully there won't be goodies at the meeting but if I have an alternative, that should work ok.
L: Grilled chicken, kashi pilaf, salad w/carrots and orange peppers
S: Yogurt and strawberries
D: We are going to pick up Quiznos before we work on our project. Just went over the menu looking for something appropriate. Amazed at the calories in the salads (that flatbread is brutal & guess which part sounds good to me??) but I'd just as soon have a sandwich anyway. Can choose between small Honey Bourbon Chicken, Turkey and Cheddar, Ham and Swiss or Roast Beef and cheddar w/o dressings and a baked chips option. Will drink water.
Exercise: off day
