Long day with a class this morning and after school. Makes me feel like I don't teach very well when I take classes cuz there is sooooo much more I could be doing, but not enough time for it all.

The one great thing about my day is that I don't have to pack my lunch everyday!!! 4 gals at work are doing Weight Watchers and asked me to be in their lunch club. We bring lunch once a week to be shared with the other 4 gals and then I am served lunch on the other days!!! My day is MondaySmiler

hey kat! we are freezing also!
burnt broccoli is a sara molten recipe from the food network. you just chop up broccoli. line a pan with foil and spray with PAM. then set oven for 400 dgrees. place broccoli on sprayed pan and bake until some of the tops of the broccoli start to look a little burnt. then sprinkly salt and pepper and eat. believe it ot not, it brings a nice nutty flavor to the broccoli. yummy and healthy.
