Well, today's plan is as follows:

Breakfast: banana, yogurt, cereal
Lunch: meatloaf sandwich, carrots & celery, grapes
Supper: chicken, potato, salad
I didn't plan for snacks - I really need to do that! :-)

Tomorrow (Tuesday):
Breakfast: banana, yogurt, cereal
Snack: 1 slice toast with lite margarine and unsweetened applesauce
Lunch: (birthday lunch in our office) Quesadilla
and pie (yep, I'm gonna have a piece).
Supper: meatloaf, pasta salad, and squash

Saturday was totally on plan with the exception of some champagne that my dad brought with him to toast my mom.

Sunday actuals:
B: french bread with cream cheese
L: ww bread with mozzarella, tomato, basil and some evoo
S: crackers and beer
D: pasta w/tomato sauce, salad, roll, small piece of chicken and cheese cake plus 1 glass of wine and diet coke

Not terrible considering all that went on with my mil.

Plan for Monday:
E: run later in the day when dd is at dance
B: 1/2 a whole grain muffin w/cream cheese
L: soup and a salad
S: berries, cereal, yogurt
D: ww pasta with veggies (probably)

Friday actuals:
E: 40 min run and a short walk
B: 2 eggs (ran out of everything else)
L: salad with loads of veggies, 1 T of dressing, some sundrops and peanuts
S: 2 oz of yogurt, 1/3 c of high fiber cereal, blueberries
S2: cheddar bunnies
D: salmon, potatoes, eggplant

Plan for Saturday:
E: I found two more boxes buried in the garage : ( They're behind the lawn equipment and the patio furniture so I'm going to get some functional exercise getting everything out of the way and the boxes unpacked and squared away. I also hope to do some ab work.
B: ww croissants
L: ww tortilla w/nf turkey and hummus, salad, fruit
S: seafood pate and 5 crackers
D: we're celebrating my mom's b-day - butternut squash soup, bruchetta w/lobster spread (a very small piece for me), grouper with asparagus and roasted potoates (again small portion sizes), salad and pear and almond tart (again very portion controlled). I'm also planning on one glass of wine with dinner.

L: Tuna mixed with hummus and 1 hard boiled egg, an apple
S: 2 slices of bread, 1/2 oz of cheese
S2: 1/3 c of high fiber cereal

Plan for dinner:
D: pork tenderloin, zucchini and ww stuffing

Plan for Friday:
E: run weather permitting or nordic tracking
B: toast w/cream cheese and an apple
L: salad with loads of veggies, 1 T of dressing, fruit
S: yogurt, fruit, veggies
D: salmon, potatoes, eggplant

E: 5K run (I also finally took the time to calculate that walking to/fro the bus stop is .4 mile so I get almost a mile of walking in every day extra : )
B: 1/2 an english muffin w/lite cream cheese and an apple
L: mushroom soup, garbanzo beans and 1/2 T of dressing, apple
S: airpopped corn and string cheese
D: ww pasta with asparagus, basil, garlic and 1 t of parmesean; sushi

Plan for Thursday:

L: ww tortilla with tuna mixed with hummus, raw veggies, fruit
S: yogurt, cereal, fruit

E: 45 minutes total body weight circuit, 1/2 hour of cardio
B: 2 slices of ww bread with 1 T of pbj
L: 1/2 c of garbanzo beans, 1 T of dressing, 1 c of mushroom soup, 5 small crackers and 1/2 an apple
S: 2 oz yogurt, 5 small strawberries, 1/2 high fiber cereal
D: 1 chicken sausage, potatoes, peppers and onion

Plan for Wednesday:
E: run
B: 1/2 an english muffin w/lite cream cheese and an apple
L: ww tortilla with tuna mixed with hummus, raw veggies, fruit
S: yogurt, fruit, cereal
D: ww pasta with asparagus, basil, garlic and 1 T of evoo

E: 1 hr + run (hilly terrain) and then 1 hour walk in the afternoon (it was the perfect Fall day and once my chores/errands were done I was wanting to be back outside).
B: 1/2 a whole grain muffin w/lite cream cheese and a small apple
L: arugula salad with 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 c of garbanzo beans and raw veggies; 1 T of dressing, apple
S: 4 oz of yogurt, 1/8 c of cereal and 3 strawberries
S2: pretzles
D: pork, 1 oz of pasta w/1 tsp of eggplant pesto, asparagus w/1/2 T of dressing, 3 strawberries and 1 gummy bear

Plan for Tuesday:
E: weight training at the gym
B: 2 slices of ww bread with pbj
L: ww tortilla with tuna mixed with hummus, raw veggies, fruit

Sunday actuals:
E: run this morning plus 3 hours of lifting and unpacking the last boxes in the basement (I'm done!!!)
B: 4 oz of yogurt, 1/4 of high fiber cereal and berries
L: ww tortilla w/nf turkey and lettuce, 5 baby carrots and a couple bites of pretzles and an apple
S/D: I did really well at the party. We were there for over 5 hours and I had one beer and lots of water, and then just a couple of bites of chips/dip, a sliver of pork (they roasted a 60 lb pig), broccoli salad, potatoes and a small bite of cake. We have another one of these neighborhood parties next weekend and I'm feeling more confident because of how well I managed to avoid eating. The drink water and stand away from the food talking makes all the difference in the world.

Plan for Monday:
E: run
B: 1/2 a whole grain muffin w/lite cream cheese and fruit
L: ww tortilla with tuna mixed with hummus, raw veggies, fruit
S: yogurt, cereal, fruit
D: left over roasted pork, asparagus, potatoes

Saturday actuals:
E: on going unpacking and a quick run while dd was biking
B: 1/2 a muffin, 1 egg, 1/2 a slice of cheese
L: ww tortilla w/nf turkey and lettuce, eggplant, a couple of raw carrots and a couple of cherry tomatoes
S: 1 T of cashews and 5 cheddar bunnies
D: bean chili and cornbread (we ended up working on the house and didn't feel like taking a long time for dinner).

Plan for Sunday:
B: 1/2 a muffin w/lite cream cheese and fruit
L: ww tortilla w/nf turkey and lettuce
S/D: our neighbors are having a "welcome to the neighborhood party" for us but I'm planning on focusing on meeting people and talking and not grazing. I have no idea what's being served but I'll make healthy choices.

E: run in the am and then 4 hours of heavy lifting of boxes and weights (almost 400 lbs of free weights) down to the basement.
B: english muffin w/lite cream cheese (
L: ww tortilla w/nf turkey, carrot sticks
S: yogurt, nuts, blueberries
S2: 1/4 c of pasta and veggie salad
D: chicken, mushrooms, rice

Plan for Saturday:
B: 1/2 a muffin, 1 egg, 1/2 a slice of cheese and fruit
L: ww tortilla w/nf turkey and lettuce, eggplant
S: ice cream (kid size)
D: not sure yet. Dh and I were supposed to celebrate our anniversary (belated) and I was thinking of a seafood, saffron risotto but I need to see what he feels like.

Popping in quickly for some accountability

Tuesday actuals:
E: 1 hr of weights and stability work plus a walk
B: 1/2 an english muffin w/cream cheese and a peach
L: spinach salad
S: granola, yogurt, peach
D: ww pasta with veggies and shrimp

Wednesday actuals
E: mowing - the self propel mechanism wasn't working so it was more challenging than usual, packing and moving boxes
B: 1/2 an english muffin w/lite cream cheese and peach
L: spinach salad with lots of veggies
S: granola, yogurt, peach
D: calamari (home made and not deep fried), small piece of tuna, red potatoes and green beans, one beer, couple of bites of brownie

Plan for Thursday:
E: gym day, I really need to get in a run
B: ww bagel with cream cheese
L: pbj on ww and a small side salad
S: granola, yogurt and fruit
D: chicken, eggplant and corn

Plan for Friday:
E: packing/moving
B: english muffin w/cream cheese
L: spinach salad with veggies
S: granola, yogurt, fruit
D: ww veggies pizza, 1 beer

I have no plan for the weekend which is not good. I will not have a functional kitchen to cook in but I'm hoping to do take out sushi one night and a rotisserie chicken from the market with a side salad from their salad bar the next.

Will need to give more thought to Monday and Tuesday.

No scheduled exercise either since we'll be hauling boxes and furniture and that's got to count ; )

E: It was a very tough day. More bad news from FL so plans changed some - we took an hour walk to decompress and talk and managed about 6 hours of moving stuff, including our first load to the new house.
B: 2 eggs with veggies and a slice of toast
L: 1/2 a tuna sandwich on ww w/veggies
S: ice cream
D: chx sausage, pierogi, peppers (at least dinner was on plan)

Plan for Tuesday:
E: I'm back to the gym tomorrow and I'll probably do a cardio focus as I've been lifting plenty with all the boxes.
B: 1/2 an english muffin w/cream cheese and a peach
L: spinach salad and fruit
S: granola, yogurt, fruit
D: not sure yet - probably ww pasta with veggies and shrimp.

E: another busy and full day of moving related activities plus a 30 minute walk after dinner
B: 1/2 a sprouted grain muffin, an egg and a a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella
L: vegetarian black bean soup and multigrained bread
S: none - we worked through it
D: some tortilla chips with salsa, a small tamale, shrimp with a spice salsa sause, a couple of bites of rice and bite of dh's dessert, 1 glass of wine

Plan for Monday:
E: pilates with dh (he hurt his back doing something very basic today and he really needs to focus on his core strength so we're starting together tomorrow). The rest of the day will be spent continuing to do moving related tasks.
B: 1/2 a muffin w/cream cheese and fruit
L: spinach salad and fruit
S: granola, yogurt, fruit
D: chx sausage, pierogi, peppers

Saturday actuals:
It was a very long, very off plan day and I'm paying for it this morning with a major case of the runs : (
E: packing and hauling all day (6 hours solid of packing and moving boxes and then a couple of hours of running around getting some stuff for the new house).
B: ww bread w/pbj
L: spinach salad and bread, a small piece of fudge
S: dried fruit (should have had fresh)
D: ww pasta salad w/lots of veggies, 2 1/2 glasses of red wine, a hazelnut thing that wasn't even that good and then airpopped corn with a movie

The only saving grace is that I didn't get the huge frosted cinnamon roll that dh got for himself for breakfast so I'm good to go there.

Plan for Sunday:
E: more functional exercise - we're installing a bunch of stuff at the new house and starting to take over boxes to get a head start.
B: 1/2 a sprouted grain muffin, an egg and a slice of american cheese (an open faced mock mcmuffin)
L: spinach salad with veggies, fruit
S: granola and yogurt and fruit
D: we're going out to a little mexican place - everything is home made so I'll do shrimp fajitas and control what goes on myself. I will have a glass of wine.

E: I managed two rounds of a giant weight circuit, 30 minutes on the bike and then 15 minutes at 15% on the treadmill climbing the "hill". I'm feeling much better than yesterday.
B: 1/2 a muffin w/lite cream cheese and a peach
L: ww torilla w/turkey and spinach, brocolli slaw, peach
S: granola, fruit, berries
D: fridge scrounging - 1/2 a portion of cheese ravioli, left over chx sausage and zucchini

My birthday is actually on Saturday, but we're having a couple people over and tonight worked well for a dinner out.

Posting food today as I am still up a bit and we are going out for a splurge dinner tonight to celebrate my birthday.

E: small amount of upper body weights and 25 minutes powerwalk- done
B: cereal and skim milk- done
S: 1/2 nectarine- done

D: have not checked out the on line menu----
