Just had KD's asparagus, ham frittata and loved it. It was a snap to put together and had loads of wonderful ham flavor. (I used an Applewood smoked ham.) I used Pecorino Romano cheese on top and we loved it. I served oven roasted sweet potato fries with it.
Thanks, KD. The meal was a hit. My 6 year old wants to know, "when can we have it again?"

Any chance to find a friend and go out for a fabulous dinner and girls' night out? That would be really fun!

Any recipe ideas for the tenderloin and for side dishes?

Posted one for you in the Recipe Swap folder (from book one). Side dishes - roasted sweet potatoes, sauteed swiss chard with olive oil, garlic, anchovy (shh no one has to know) lemon juice, chili flake, salt and pepper.

...an easy garden salad, roasted carrots and parsnips or any roasted vegetable.

Last night was a fabulous beef stew that simmered in the crock pot for 17 hours! Man was it thick and comforting.

But I need help with tonight. My parents are coming for dinner and I want to make a pork tenderloin. I made one before using a hoisin glaze, but I can't find my recipe. Any recipe ideas for the tenderloin and for side dishes? I wont go to the store until after 3 today.

I am excited. I am on my own for dinner tonight. My college son is on his way home with his father....late arrival. My teenager is working -- pizza joint! And it's up to me to find something REALLY mommy-pleasing. I am facilating between cooking or going out. So far going out sounds really good. Some fish and a salad...I think that's where I am headed.

It's never too late to get it right.

We just had the baked halibut (I posted the recipe in the recipe swap thread), wilted spinach and coconut rice. 1/2 cup of light ice cream was dessert : )
