Here's my plan for today: B: whole wheat and flax english muffin with lite cream cheese L: veggie wrap and 1 c of veggie soup S: apple D: pork tenderloin, brussle sprouts and broccolini E: upper body weights and core work plus whatever we are doing in PT this morning
I'm super excited to be starting off the week at the same weight I was on Friday. That's a victory since we were out Saturday and Sunday. I want to keep the momentum going!
