I missed class this morning, but I got a fairly rigorous hour of gardening in.

I am counting my 2 hours at PT as exercise: 5 min on the bike, 45 minutes of strength exercises on my legs. Not a trip to the gym, but at least some physical movement!! Jill My physical therapist said I am very flexible, I attribute a lot of this to doing yoga. Interesting, I always think of being flexible as being related to being thin, but I guess not.
Summer Challenge Goals: 1) Walk 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week 2) Plan weekly menus

Monday: Turbo Jam Cardio Party 1 (45 mins.)
Summer Se7en Challenge Goals: 1. Add back core & toning work + weight work 1X each per week to start. 2. Tackle the Sugar Monster--Have a sugar free mint after lunch and dinner, wait 20 minutes, and reassess the need for a sweet treat.
