Ok, I only have about 5 minutes before my timer goes off....but here's today's plan.
1. Meals--
Breakfast : 1/3 of 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites scrambled with turkey sausage and peppers and onions, white nectarine, canned peach slices
Lunch--fried chicken, potato salad, watermelon (today is my birthday, and a friend is bringing lunch for me

)
Dinner: grilled chicken breasts, grilled zucchini and yellow squash, steamed potatoes and greenbeans (leftover from Monday) marinated in Paula's Fat Free Roasted Garlic dressing, green salad and for dessert, Marie Callendar's pie and a small slice of vanilla ice cream
Snacks: fresh fruit (apricots or peach)
2. Get moving--today I am doing some major unpacking and am finishing cleaning house...no planned exercise, just functional fitness

3. Journal--again, journaling about family situation...another kink was kicked in this morning.
