I made the Corn and Black Bean Salsa yesterday,(enough for 2 servings) and it was very good, the only thing I added a little bit more of lemon juice ( I like things on the tart side) let it sit in the fridge all day and served it with a chix. breast marinated im the mojo dressing and pan fried it with pam,(which cae out very moist) and made green beans with lemon juice and rind the dinner was delicious.
Today I will have the L/O for dinner in a salad
