Anyone interested in a summer challenge? I know a few have posted that they are struggling to knock off those last 5, 10, 15 lbs. so maybe a summer challenge? I was thinking more fitness related vs. food but whatever works. Any suggestions welcome. I'm thinking that we could challenge ourselves to bump up our exercise routines, try a new sport, get back to biking, running, walking, swimming, or whatever it is that makes you feel good. It's been a while since we've had a challenge, like last year's Summer Se7en Challenge. I know I'd like to step it up through the summer and having to be accountable here would be a great help.

Summer Challenge Goals: 1) Walk 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week 2) Plan weekly menus
We could "walk" from NY to San Francisco (it is 2912 miles). Not keep track of it city by city like we did before, just milage. and set a standard that 1 mile = a certain # of minutes of exercise.
