Had a good day yesterday. Can't think of a reason why today won't be the same.

Off to exercise.

I recently read that a "meal" should last a person 4ish hours and a "snack" should last about 2 hours.

This last week, I've noticed that my meals do last 3.5 to 4.5 hours and my snacks last about 2-3 hours. But I don't eat 1200 calories, either.

Had a great day. Ate 1660 calories and burned (according to Fitday, which I am again thinking is accurate for me...) 2284 calories.

Today should be a good day.

We are having a good summer. It is low key... but has been good, thus far. Smiler

i had a great wednesday. i started with a big brownie before my workout. yummy and chocolatey!!! since i had the sweet early on that day, i passed on my evening fruit. i felt really light and rested this morning. i did my long run yesterday.

wow, you guys are amazing. i don't think I can eat 1200-1300 calories, do the degree of activity you guys do and not experience uncomfortable hunger. I am super active and to stay away from discomfort, i need my 1800-2000 calories.


Goals:
1. Enjoy life!
2. Be aware, be awake, pay attention.
3. One word 2010: faith

I was on plan- logged on fitday- about 1300 calories. I got 5.5 miles on today.

I'm planning a similar day tomorrow as well.

6 miles done and 1250 calories for the day. Planning a similar day tomorrow. (I also swam 45 minutes and did core work as well).
