What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

Last week, I did nothing, nothing, and more nothing. <blush>

I had my first dumbbell-exercise session since last spring.

A 15 minute treadmill warmup, a single-set dumbbell routine, and a set of crunches.

I missed Monday but yesterday got in 30 min on the treadmill. I went at a faster pace than last week and even jogged a little (it was more like a shuffle). I had my 6 week post-partum checkup yesterday and was given the go ahead to return to normal life so I can turn it up a bit now.

Sheri,I am not sure is this is Billy's Bootcamp- but if it is- I agree with you completely- I think it is a great workout.

Nope, definitely not Billy's Bootcamp (I assume you mean Billy Blanks, the Tae-Bo guy). I have a Billy Blanks Tae-Bo DVD but not the Bootcamp one. This one consists of five 10-minute workouts that all have a kickboxing flavor or work your body to benefit you in kickboxing.

I've written a review of it but, as requested that last time I posted a review, I have sent it off to KD to see if she wants to post it on the home page. If she doesn't, I'll post it here in the forum because I really love this DVD and have put it on my amazon wish list for Christmas (I'm renting it right now from Netflix).

Monday: 3.30 miles walking in a park reserve, for a season total of 183.81 miles. I took an extra-hilly route today.

I recently rewarded myself by buying a pair of mountaineering-style gloves. Among other things, they feature wrist leashes so I can pee in the woods without dropping my gloves in the snow Smiler , and gauntlets to keep my wrists warm.

Tomorrow my sister and I will start our long distance 6AM workout plan. I will call her at 6AM and hope to be out of my house by 6:15 and at the Y by 6:30.

I am going to do my BIG workout of 20-25 min. of cardio and then the weight machines. Repeat this plan of Tuesday and Wed. I have Yoga and a session with my trainer.
