Monday evening 1 hour bellydancing done.

Monday: Started training for a 1/2 marathon with a 3 mile run, followed by a 1 mile walk at the gym.


Fall goals:
1. Bike 40-50 miles a week
2. Prepare new garden bed for next season
3. Heal my back

Monday: Pilates Conditioning for Weight Loss (25-30 mins.)

Better late than never! I'm usually an AM workout person but didn't get it done this morning, so I did it on the first fly of tonight's fly chat. Smiler

Monday: 15 minutes on the treadmill, followed by some body-only exercises.
