I don't watch most of the shows on the food network--either too silly or too fattening--but I like the new "Quick Fix Meals" by Robin Miller. She has a nutrition background and shows how to do several meals by doing some work ahead on the weekend. Most of the recipes are reasonably healthy or could be modified a little.

My guess would be 10 a.m. on Saturday morning. There for a while, I was getting on the treadmill after my 9 a.m. aerobics class and Robin's show would be on. That was the first time I saw it.

I love this show, it is "normal" foods fixed for a normal family eating situation. I can adapt it to meet my WW needs and my family's needs too. It is a welcome change from the "high society" shows that are taking up space on the food network.

It's never too late to get it right.

I do too! It is a wonderful concept, taking a key ingredient and using it for several meals.
