Hey Brie, Was wondering what sort of thoughts you were currently having re: your half marathon. I know you wanted to take some time to think about it while on your trip so I was wondering what came of that if you are up to sharing.

My current plan is to take a full week off from any high impact activities. If that doesn't help, I'll be making a dr's appt for sure.

I definitely enjoy lifting more. I do the cardio because I know that it's good for me : ) I did enjoy my first run in Chicago on the lake front though. I would certainly have gone on a longer run but the pain became unmanageable and I certainly don't want to do any permanent damage.

Brie, I was thinking about you while on my walk this morning. (Funny that I have never met so many of you, but you are in my thoughts.) So, I'm going to take a full week off from running and re-assess my ankle. If it continues to flare up, I'm definitely not going to run the 1/2 and just do the relay.
