...a HIGH in the 40s...

It's just a matter of having the right clothes.Smiler During my last walk in the park, it was a comfy 21F with a 10F wind chill. Lots colder to come...

Friday felt icky, so no water aerobics.
Saturday still felt kind of bad, but went and danced anyway. 1 hour bellydancing done.

Saturday: Powerwalk/jog (30-35 mins.)

Of course, it had to be in the 60s and 70s all week while I was at work--and now that I'm off and can go walking, it was forecast for a HIGH in the 40s. (sigh) I still went out, but MAN it was nippy, even in the full sunshine. So I only lasted half hour or so vs. over an hour as usual.

Monday: Off - drove back from DE

Tuesday: Off - lazybutt

Wednesday: Strength training & toning - Get Ripped (35-40 mins.)

Used a resistance band vs. dumbbells for this workout for the first time, since my shoulder and elbow have been more painful lately and definitely do not respond well to even light weight training. Felt great!

Since I am having to wait to start PT because I didn't realize there was a 30-day limit to using a PT scrip, I thought I would start a little pre-PT using the resistance band from the PT I had on the OTHER shoulder in 2002.

I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.

Tuesday-1.25 miles at 4.0 on treadmill

I am happy I did it this morning because I would of been too tired to do it after work. I think I am going to lie down for a nap.
