Great articles Denise.

I'm struggling right now as dd went to a Halloween party on Saturday and came home with a bag full of stuff. Last year it was OK because all the stuff that tempts me, she ate first. This time, she wants to "save the best for last" : (

I keep telling myself that it isn't my candy and so far that's been working but the lure of the chocolate is strong.
