I am heading out of town tomorrow morning or early afternoon and will be out of town until Sunday. My friends from Delaware and I are taking a little trip together for a few days. Hope you guys have a great weekend. Talk to ya when I get back.


Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:
1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

I'm home! Hope you all had a great weekend. I had fun with my friends and we had (unexpected) glorious weather so that was a bonus!
