129 -- which is good because I've been struggling to get under 130, but not so good because I did see 128 for two weeks in a row. The goal is to still be there on Saturday and start the downward slide thereafter.

I've been fluctuating being the same to down a pound all week.
Had prepackaged food last night for dinner so am the same as last week today but my average calories came out to be 1350 for the week so I still feel like I had a great week (also exercised 7 out of 7 days).

Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08: 1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week. 2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings. 3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.
