Update for the week so far... 1. Have gotten in 2 days out of 3 for my exercise so far.
2. Didn't have a fruit or veggie at breakfast yesterday, but otherwise have had one at all other meals.
3. Portions have been good. My class won a pizza party which we had for lunch today. There was a skinny, skinny slice left and I thought...why not eat it? I took one bite and threw the rest away..it was disgusting!

1. Got my exercise in today so 1 out of 3 so far! 2. Ate a fruit or veggie at every meal today and yesterday. 3. Yes, I have been watching portion size. Had a class last night which provided pizza, veggies, fruit and mini brownies. I brought a salad and ate their veggies and fruit and two little brownies

Promptly walked out of the house without the pedometer this morning. Darnit! I'll put it on tonight and see how I do around the house. Maybe I can still get 4000 steps in .
I am doing a healthy journey thing with work for the next 6 weeks. They have you do activity for 30-60 min and then they focus each week on one nutrition thing. This week it's water which is easy-peasy for me. Some of the others later in the program are going to challenge me. 1 week we track choleserol intake, one week fiber and 1 week sodium. All things I should probably take a peek at but since I don't really track my food in FitDay or whatever, it's going to be sort of challenging. It'll be a good exercise though. So anyway, figured I'd put this on here. If anyone wants to join me, feel free.
I will be either wearing my pedometer (looking for 4-8k steps a day) or doing my jazzercise for an hour 5 out of 7 days. I will be tracking my water consumption 5 out of 7 days (Goal is 48-64 oz).
I haven't been getting up too well in the morning then I drag for a few hours. I am real unhappy as it seems I can't keep up with things. I think this months goals will be to keep working on getting up as early as possible even if I have to go back down later. I am still working on trying to sleep through the night. I do get more then most on the fluid intake so I also need to make my few snacks- fruit instead of crackers.
