Oh very cool! Just today dh and I planned out our gift giving for Christmas this year. So that we can give our 13 year old what she wants for Christmas (please see the "What are you thankful for?" post that Cathy started) he and I are foregoing any gifts for ourselves (this will be tough for the kids to accept, but financially it is the only way that we can get the gift for our oldest that she wants....again, please read that post, this is a completely selfless gift that she is wanting).
For our friends, we are simplifying the goodie plates that we normally give...this year it will be a loaf of pumpkin or banana or persimmon bread and enough pieces of two different types of homemade fudge for each family member in the house to have two pieces of each type.
For our family, I'm making my whole wheat sandwich bread as well as whole wheat challah and a jar of homemade pumpkin butter or apple butter plus family photos (hopefully, I'm hoping it's not too late to get them done and back in time for Christmas).
Can't wait to see what you will be showing on the show!
Blessings,
Lori
