So I really was feeling sluggish after work and was thinking on the way home how nice it would be just to nap and or read once I got home.
But, after 20 min. of being home I thought about how nice it was this morning when I took Rory (our dog) out for a 20 min. walk. Then my motivation kicked in and said, FORGET about staying inside, you need to grab Rory and go for that walk again! And guess what? I did and now I feel like I have a second wind!
Today I broke my workout into 3 sessions of 20 min. On a Wednesday when I normally go to my Yoga class, I spent an HOUR with cardio! This is a NSV!
