Since no one else has started this thread today and I'm up early, here it is. I'm happy to say the vacation pounds are gone and I'm back where I was when we left. That's not to say I'm where I want to be yet, but the progress is in the right direction! How's everyone else doing?
I lost a big 4/10 of a pound. I seem to overeat the night before my weigh-ins at WW anymore. I think I'm just nervous that I won't lose and then I prove that feeling right.
Now that I have one more milestone behind me in my degree program, I am hoping I will be able to focus more. I thought I had handled my emotional issues about weight but I just seem to keep unearthing more.

212 this week. it varies between 211 and 213. didn't get in much walking last week due to weather and may not have much better luck this week. Brrrrrr!
1. do 4 laps on walking track without "resting" 2. do 1 mile (17laps) in 20 minutes (3miles per hour)

I'm two pounds over but I know it's water weight (my ankles and fingers are puffy).
I'm hoping it's gone by tomorrow.

And I thought my weight was scary when I got back from vacation! Sheesh. Actually, it was even worse than today's weight over the weekend. I have been hitting the salty food too much lately and need to get better about that.
