While I am thinking of it, I am bring this up a little earlier, in hopes that more new people or some experienced people will jump in again.

I will NOT be able to do it for February. So the weekends are open.

Please sign up, this is such a great way to get involved and share some insight.

Okay, let's see where we stand as next week starts the new month....where did January go?

Monday: KD's workbook ???? Someone want to pinch hit for her on occassion?

Tuesday: Coaster Girl (thank you!)

Wednesday: Steph (Thank you!)

Thursday: SheriVa (thank you!)

Friday: Jill(Thank you, you'll do great!)

Weekends: Laurie (thank you!)


I have to tell you this is the first thing I look for everyday when I come here....it's my peptalk for the day. You're all going to give us good things to think about and talk about.

I will take a day...let me know which one would work best with the schedule, I have to say this makes me a bit nervous, you all come up with some great homework.

1) Walk 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week
2) Plan weekly menus

I can pick up a day, my schedule varies, so the actual day doesn't matter to me.

I can't do it in March since I'll be on vacation for part of it, so I could take Thursdays or Fridays in February if you don't get enough volunteers.


Rest of Summer Goals:
1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week.
2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week.
3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were!
4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.

I'll keep Tuesdays for February...they work for me.


Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.
