I have a 1 cup B&D one and I hate it with a passion, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, and sometines I can only chop 1 item at a time..so want to buy a new one.

Was looking at the Kitchen Aid 3 cup one and the Cusinart, it seems the K.A. got better reviews.
I don't really need a larger type food processors I mainly cook for myself.

Does anyone own one and if so what brand/model
and do you like it, ease of use wold be helpful also. Others small appliences I have are a Stick
Blender, Reg.Blender, Mandolin, and a Box Grater (This one is about 25yrs old)

I was looking for one that cubes and chops, but I guess just the reg. F.P are the only ones

I don't like the one cup chopper. I find it easier to chop myself. My sister seems to use hers every day. (I sort of like to chop- It is meditative and centering for me.)

I have a hand chopper too. That doesn't seem to work well.

I have a B&D mini one too and haven't had any problems with (I've had it for 12 years).

My bigger food processor is on it's way out and after much research, I'm going to get the Kitchen Aid one when my old one finally dies.

One consideration is feed-tube size. A large feed-tube means less pre-chopping, and larger slices with the slicing disk.

I used to use the one-cup now and then before I got my Braun stick blender. Now, I use the stick blender with the chopper attachment. The chopper attachment may not be as large a capacity as a food processor but it is plenty large for my needs. I don't own a food processor as I have no storage or counter space for it in my tiny kitchen.
