Weight 202 (I don't expect this to last just yet )

* I have no idea. I walked my legs off all day at an indian pow wow. I know I did not overeat portion wise but don't have any way to check calories & I don't know how far I walked.
I had my regular breakfast & potato soup for supper but lunch was one hot dog wrapped in indian fry bread & then deep fried. I had planned to have a buffalo burger for lunch but that vendor was not there this year. For a snack I finished dd's funnel cake (about 10 bites).
When I was in loss mode, I would flirt with a number- sort of touch it and then go back up- until I was solidly there. Flirting with 202 is great news.
This is also my experience.
My experience gaining weight is the same... it starts out by flirting with a number... and I see it once... and then the next week, I see it twice... and then pretty soon we are going steady and I'm seeing that same number every single day.
My weight changes in both directions start out as flirtations.
