I don't usually bake cookies, so when a coworker gave me a recipie for icebox cookies. So I tried them, and all I have to show is two very large dishes of chocolate peanut butter crumble. It came out kind of like a very loose granola, so I figure it will be good in yogurt at least.
So my question is, how long do you think my mishap will keep in the fridge? I have no desire to try the recipie again, but the granola type stuff is good. And since its messy i can't eat as much.

Lauri, I think a week in the fridge is the max if there are eggs or other perishable ingredients. Freezing in individual containers seems like a good option. If you do this, you'd also have portion control. P.S. The "granola-like" bits sound yummy!
I think at least a week, but what about freezing the stuff? If you put it in a plastic Zip-loc bag, you could keep it for months and STILL be able to spoon out a few crumbs to add to your yogurt.
This is what I do with my home made bread crumbs.
With the crumbliness, it would be hard and dangerous to miss signs that the mixture had gone bad if kept in the frig too long.
